Basic Requirements

• Depending on the material choice, fences must be at least 48" tall, but in many cases a minimum of 60"

• Gate Opens Away From Pool
• Opening mechanism of the latch must be at least 54" above the ground - some areas require a minimum of 60"
• Barriers/ Fences should not have a gap large enough to allow for the passage of a 4" sphere
